This is How James does it.

Step by Step: A mural is usually designed through a couple of consultations with the client, whereupon we submit initial sketches and variations thereof. If a client has photots or has seen similar artwork, it is always very helpful for a starting point. Whenever we do artwork, we are always careful to protect any surface that is not being painted. This particular mural was painted in a Florida mansion, and was primarily conceived by the client. It was painted above the main room entertainment center, and scaffolding was needed to complete the job. The mural was approximately 8' tall and 14' wide. This tropical scene took five days from set-up to clean-up.
